Dr. Scott Abel is a Sauk Centre, MN chiropractor that serves the Sauk Centre and Central Minnesota area. Dr. Abel graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO in 1989. He has always had a strong passion for the chiropractic profession and helping people and followed in his father's footsteps in becoming a Chiropractic Physician. He treats a wide range of different musculoskeletal problems using manual adjusting as well as instrument adjusting (Activator Methods) working on each individual patient according to their need and preference. Much of his work focuses on muscular problems as well. He finds with most problems it necessary to focus on the spine, joints and muscles that surround an area in order to help the patient find the most relief.

Dr. Abel uses chiropractic care with specific attention to the muscles in the problem areas to improve the health and overall wellness in a patient's life. Dr. Sarah Abel is a Sauk Centre, MN chiropractor that also serves the surrounding Central Minnesota area. Dr. Abel graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1990 and went back to school attaining her license to practice acupuncture as well in 2016. She finds chiropractic care and acupuncture work very well together, working to help the patient find overall wellness and pain relief.

Dr. Abel enjoys helping others find relief through more natural forms of care such as chiropractic and acupuncture treating a wide range of problems that range from headaches, neck and back pain and pain such as knee, shoulder and ankle pain. She also focuses on problems such as anxiety and stress, insomnia, plantar fascitis and other hard to treat problems with acupuncture. Dr. Abel works to find the root of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. Personalized care is her focus working to serve each patient's individual need.

Lindsey Bosl is our Certified Massage Therapist at Abel Chiropractic Associates. Ms. Bosl graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in 2014. She has a firm belief that massage therapy is a great way to help people heal and stay healthy overall. She cares very much for her patients and treats each patient with the individual attention to the problem area that each patient deserves. Her care for others is evident and she works to help her patients find longer lasting relief from pain.

Jacquelyn Heinen is a graduate of the University of Minnesota -Institute of Technology. She moved to Sauk Centre in 1991 to raise her family. She enjoys volunteering, gardening, camping and keeping up with her grand kids. She began working at Abel Chiropractic in 2007 and truly enjoys meeting all the patients at the clinic. She helps you to wade through your insurance coverage and explains your bill.

Tammy Waldvogel is a graduate of Brainerd Technical College. She lives in Melrose and has two adult sons. When she's not behind the desk assisting patients, she enjoys; reading, shopping, crafting and socializing with family and friends. She began working at Abel Chiropractic in August of 2021 and enjoys working with the public and visiting with all the patients.
